„Cohort“ Change Management Simulation

Successfully dealing with change requires identifying and influencing key stakeholders. Cohort™ is a web-based Change Management Simulation, which helps teams and individuals to learn how to do that.

The simulation is played in teams, which allows participants to experience what is involved in engaging a group of key executives and managers to become champions for a crucial change project.

This Change Management Simulation develops skills in 3 key areas:

  1. Identifying key influencers through their Seniority, Reputation and Networks
  2. Selecting appropriate and timely interventions for individuals, teams and larger groups
  3. Reacting well to unexpected changes in the environment and people

In this workshop, Ken Thompson will play a 45 minutes live session of the simulation „Cohort“.
